Salesperson offered information about a sale on the Valentines Day Collections which is what I had come in for. Very pleasant atmosphere and not as crowded as some stores.

I purchased 3 items, 1 item as a gift 🎁 for a family member & 2 items for myself. Sales associate was super pleasant, polite, sweet, attentive & helpful. We socialized & she listened to my “ rambling on “ about how busy my day was and how crazy things have been and that part of this purchase was a treat for myself for my hard work. I felt valued as a customer. I described what kind of items I wanted & she helped me find all three items in minimal amount of time. It was busy there, but she gave me her full assistance and I really appreciated it. I will definitely be back to purchase more items in future.

Janie, our sales associate, was extremely helpful and friendly to our entire family. She helped my daughter pick out a charm for her bracelet and gave her some helpful reminders on how to keep her bracelet clean. Loved how she was so enthusiastic over Disney merchandise. Very helpful for myself in selecting color and size for the leather bracelet.

My sales assistant Elizabeth was so welcoming and patient with helping me find what I was looking for. She didn't pressure us to purchase anything, unless its what I exactly wanted. Well, I walked a way with exactly what I wanted.

I bought a ring last year and it recently lost a stone. It was past the year warranty and even though it was past that yearly mark, the manager looked over my ring and decided since it was still in good condition she would swap it out anyways. THAT is what makes wonderful customer service and will keep me coming back.

I am always a very cautious shopper and the staff was very patient with me. I loved how they would help me find the perfect look for layering. I will be back to Pandora for my next jewelry need.
