Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always make great recommendations for charms, etc. to put together a beautiful piece. They know me by name when I come through the door, and know my likes and dislikes.

I had just gotten out of the hospital and went to Ridgdale store to clean my Bracelets and charms. Associates Jamie and Bonnie were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They gave me the best customer service. Top class. I did not need any more charms but I ended up buying three charms because of their top customer service. They got it. Thank you Bonnie and Jamie.

Friendly sales associate and new product

I called in to check if the ring and size was available and the lady was fast to check that for me. And it was easy to put it in hold. When I went in we talked about the offer that was available so also purchased earrings and got a great discount, it was great!

I enjoyed working with sales associate Elizabeth. She listened to what I wanted plus offered great advice as far as what goes good together. I bought a bracelet, a set of clips and several beads. I love the total look!!

courtney was not like elizabeth or the last lady who helps me last time. she was alright, however she did good at the end of the sale. it took sometime before the completion of the sale.

Everything was clean. The store was organized. The sales associate was very helpful and patient as I indecisively looked through the rings.

I really enjoy visiting this particular Pandora store. The displays are well put together and the sales associates are very friendly and always help me design my jewelry. I will definitely be making another purchase in the next month or so.
