I’ve been to Several different Pandora stores and the sales people at the store are by far the most helpful, Knowledgeableand friends list.

The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. She knew and understands the products and not only educated me as how to use it, but made it very interesting. The store was VERY busy because of Mother’s Day, but she made sure to spend as much time with me as necessary. A wonderful asset to your team.

I love that this store had a sign-in sheet. It made the waiting process much less stressful. The person I worked with was so knowledgeable and friendly. First time at this particular location and I am looking forward to going back.

I brought in a charm that had broken. The sales associate made it very easy to replace the item. I was interested in seeing a new charm that I saw in one of the books, but the sales associate could not find the charm.

I received a wide selection of charms. The associates worked together to help me narrow down my choices. They gave advice and helped me shop quickly.

At first, I thought I would buy a lipstick for my friend's birthday. However, I was walking around Ridgedale Mall, I saw Pandora store and stopped by. There were a lot of beautiful bracelets, I really liked it. Then, I changed my mind to buy for her a bracelet instead of the lipstick. I love it!

I have shopped in this store before and love the service, knowledge and willingness to make sure customer is satisfied.
