I was shown new pieces I had not seen before and was told of the specials available for that day. The sales person was ver patient and kind. Even though she did not know whether I would really purchase anything or not. I told her i needed to walk around the Mall a bit and would come back a little later and for her to hold the items. She didn't appear to get angry. and was accommodating. As you are aware I did purchase.

Sales associate was very pleasant and helpful. She was quickly able to identify what I was looking for.

Overall I was very happy the sale associate was patient with us as we were all over the place ( i was there with my mom, grandma and brother) and helped my indecisiveness in narrowing down the options.

The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed and special. The staff seemed to really care about my experience...they were not pushy at all, took their time with me and made the experience very positive.

I went in to look at a specific ring I’d seen at another store. I didn’t like it as well as I thought so the clerk offered other choices and was very helpful and patient as I tried them on and compared several styles.

It was a phone order and I had a good experience with ordering. They were out of the offered bangle free with a $100. order so they offered 2 others. All in all I will be doing this again.

First time in the store, Had a bit of a wait, Shopping for my daughter first time mom. Knowledge of the sales person as to sizing for a bracelet, knowing where to look at the merch I was interested in, Sale was quick. Kind of spendy hoping the quality of the braclet will hold up.
