Vanessa and her coworker were very quick to find exactly what style I was looking for and flipped through the book so fast. She knew exactly where it was located and had them on my hand to try out for size. After a quick size change I found the earrings and bracelet fit for a Queen. I love it so much and hope to get my very first gold or gold plated charm to match!
