The staff was very helpful. Very eager to help ,but no sales pressure to buy extras not wanted. They were very knowlegeble about products and very helpful at helping to chose the perfect gifts.

Greeted right when we walked in. Immediately helped. Lady helping was able to find my charm with very little information given to her, cause I couldn’t remember what charmed look like just it was Disney and Winnie the Pooh.

I had ordered this bracelet for my 17 year old granddaughter. I inaccurately ordered a very small size which was not going to work. She is very petite but not this petite. I brought all receipts, packaging, etc. and they immediately understood my dilemma. They showed me the sizes for me to select a change. Now I have a bracelet for Christmas for my granddaughter. They were nice, friendly and efficient ❤️
