The sales associate was very friendly. She was knowledgeable about the merchandise. She also helped my wife understand how to safely manage the clasps.

I went into your Friendly Shopping Center location to pick up a ring that I called to hold on Sunday. Was told that it would be held. When I arrived near closing the only customer in the store the two ladies was so welcoming and professional even though once again it was near closing as they searched endlessly for the ring that was never placed on hold that I wanted to purchase for my daughter as a gift. They didn't stop until they found it for me. Great Customer Service to the two beauties that worked that night shift on Monday. They went over and beyond to make sure I left out with that ring.

Actually I had a gentleman assist me at Pandora at Friendly Center in Greensboro, NC. He was very attentive, I was exchanging a bracelet my husband gave me for Christmas that was simply to big. I had a number of charms on it and the sales associate was very courteous of putting all charms on my new bracelet that fit so much better. I was very satisfied with my service and yes will indeed return again.

Associate was able to find what I wanted and was patient.

When I walked in I was greeted. The lady was friendly and informing. Even though merchandise was low in quantity, the lady assisting me made sure I was happy when I left.
