Waiting for assistance was not greeted for more then 15 minutes

Bryonna the sale lady.. She was so helpful. And very nice.

The sales assistant wasn't friendly at all she act like I was going getting on her nerves and was being impatient

The overall experience was a good one. There is always room for improvement.

The service was very good My sales representative located everything I was looking for, she also helped me pick out the best selection of jewelry for me. The sanitation and social distancing were good also

Sales person did not have as much knowledge as usually shown when shopping your store; the charms I specifically came into the store to purchase were not available

The item that I was shopping for was out of stock. I purchased a replacement item, was told I could exchange the item I purchased when it comes in stock.

The young lady that assisted me was very nice, she assisted me with my purchase over the phone I was able to visualize the charms she described in detail to me over the phone.

The sales associate that waited on my daughter and I was not very friendly. She did not act like she enjoyed her job!

not enough shine or hold charms. also I purchased enough to receive a free charm and it was only available in silver
