First time in a Pandora store. Clean, friendly ladies that worked at the one in Summit mall. They did a wonderful job helping me out and even though they did not have what I wanted, Becky the sales lady measured my wrist size and she ordered it on a Monday and I received the bracelet on Thursday. it was a great experience and will be return to the mall to pick up something else Thank you Becky the manager at Pandora in the Summit Mall.

I highly satisfied! It is lovely memory from my travel. I have all what I love. My husband’s letter, my doggies paw and my daughters heart 😀 and of course NYC 🗽 I’ll continue….. 🤫

I went in with Kay charm bracelet. Even though not pandora assistant manager helped us get it like new! We bought cleaner and put items on hold for Valentine’s Day gift
