Hayes is the nicest person I’ve ever met, I walked into the store and she automatically started complementing everything about me, she pointed out the PERFECT pair of earrings for me, saying that they would look amazing on me and they really do!! I’ve never been to Pandora and I’ll say that this was the best first time experience in a store that I’ve ever been too!!

My experience with the ladies at Pandora Summit Mall Friday afternoon was absolutely phenomenal. Becky, Hayes, and Priscilla all showed me a plethora of options, and gave me full attention up to the very last second. Such a breath of fresh air as associates usually do not show that much care for their customers. Thank you for the exceptional service, we will be back very soon to this Pandora!
