Carol was very friendly and helped me buy more than I planned to! I couldn't find one of the charms and she located it in a catalog. It was not stocked in this store, but at least knew it could be ordered. She even cleaned my bracelet and put the 3 charms on the bracelet for me, and helped me figure out how to close the clasp. Can do it myself now! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

The associate that assisted me was incredibly kind and full of information, she was patient and created a wonderful environment. The store was super clean and the options were abundant.

Store was clean and beautiful, Becky and Leilani were FABULOUS, I came in planning to shop for a gift but ended up also buying a gift for myself! Can’t wait to visit again, this is my go-to Pandora!

my sales person Rebecca no 228640 gave me option showing me the sales and new items. didn't rush me and very nice & told me about the survey otherwise I wouldn't have read the bottom of my receipt.

The store was well stocked with the DisneyXPandora collection and I was able to find the perfect mother's day gift quickly and conveniently. The team was friendly and welcoming even though they were busy.
