i'm a huge fan of the Pandora x Disney charms and bracelets. Very pretty charms and very high quality and detailed. The store in Summit Mall is always very clean and the associate(s) are very nice. They are very understaffed most of the time, and associate Becky handles the customers very well and professionally while they wait.

Allisa made my shopping experience a breeze. She understood what I was looking for and even made suggestions. It was a pleasure to walk in and be greeted with such a knowledge associate

Rebecca was so nice & helpful as I picked out new jewelry for myself as I had just returned a gift & had a gift card to spend. She didn't get frustrated when I couldn't figure out the clasp on the necklace either!

The associate was very knowledgeable and understanding. I got a bracket that I really liked.

I was satisfied because she was so helpful in cleaning my rings and bracelets etc she also encouraged me to get a credit card and was even telling me about items I would like in the store! She was great and quick even though I kept asking to see different products!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I wanted to see multiple rings and she was patient and helped with everything I wanted. Highly recommend this store and the staff.

Clerk greeted us very quickly as soon as I entered the store .. when I told him what I specifically wanted he found the item right away he knew what it was and I had my sister in law with me who had never been in a pandora store after he was done with me he right away began answering many questions she had showed her items as well as gave her measurements she will be returning to purchase as he gave her a book
