The you g man who assisted me was wonderful and I ended spending almost $ 700 more in the shop during my pick up . Super nice and super professional .

The associates in the Dadeland Mall location are phenomenal!!!!!! They are patient, kind, friendly and highly knowledgeable. They made suggestions and helped me make a decision.They also made sure to explain how to remove my bracelet. One drawback was the temperature in the store. Which I am sure is not their control. It is a small location and VERY VERY WARM!!! Not such a good thing in this South Florida heat. I would have spent more time if I hadn't been sweating so much.

Kai was the associate assisting me along with his wonderful managers. I came into the store and saw the brand new collection and had to have it. Kai was SO informative and knowledgeable about the diamonds and his customer service skills were absolutely incredible. He gave me his card and I applied for a PPC.
