My sales associate Niki made my experience perfect. She showed me everything I asked for and was extremely friendly and kind. She spent every minute with me.

Julia was a great help, she got me in and out quickly as I was in a hurry. I wanted to comment to her manager about how great and knowledgeable she was but didn't get a chance to. She found what I was looking for and rang me up right there without having to go to another counter. Her gift wrapping was a huge plus for me as well. Thanks again. I usually go to the oak Brook store but not anymore. The napperville location is now going to get my business. And probably more often.

I was highly satisfied because I had called ahead to check that the item I wanted was in stock. The associate, Dawn, checked on the item & called me back. When I arrived at the store I was immediately greeted & shown the item I was looking for.
