Even though the store was very busy I didn’t have long to wait to be served, this gave me time to look around the store. Very well looked after and not rushed in making my decision.

The assoicate i was dealing with was very professional. I was very pleased with her service. And time in the store was very swift.

The salesgirls are always welcoming. Most of them know me by name. They are always patient with me as I usually take a longer time to make up my mind.

Easy to see and select charms I wanted to see and so much variety. Also the Represtative knew a lot about the charms and tried to give me many options and help me. It was an easy and pleasant transaction.
