All Pandra associates and manager made me fill overwelcome. The didn't rush me. Every one worked together when one was needed.

The store's cleanliness was impressive. More importantly, the salesperson, Dawn H. 160329, was incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, and extremely helpful to me.

I entered the store and was immediately greeted by an associate. She listened to my concern and problem with a charm I had received as a gift. I was able to make an exchange without any issue and was out of the store a most timely fashion.

Tammika was very knowledgeable and familiar with the product and was able to help me find the perfect gift for my mother and mother in law this Christmas. All I had to do was give her a few characteristics of these women and she found the perfect charms for them. This was my first time at pandora, and it definitely won't be my last. The buy two get one free sale was going on, so I got a great deal. The girl helping me, Brooklyn (hope I spelled it right) was very helpful in picking out sets and combinations that looked so cute! The staff was very friendly and I was impressed with the store, as it was clean and neat, and very classy.
