The displays and the store are beautiful with great lighting. I was greeted very promptly and a sales associate was assigned to assist me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy or agressive. I was able to get the new mesh bracelet in my size (small). 3 other Pandora stores I checked were out of stock and could not promise the bracelet soon. Cathy Stamm was wonderful and offered to help me by phone since I live so far from the store.

The sales associate was very helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted. She worked with me and showed me different options until I found something that I liked. She was good about showing me what was available and different things that could be done with the merchandise.

The service was outstanding. Tammika made it very easy to pick charms out. She knew exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this store, because of the customer service. Another associate wrapped my boxes with bowes. It was my first time at this store, and I will definately return. I really enjoyed my experience.
