I love this store everything you can possibly want is there i will be returning back for more.

Julia gave me Grace service it was an excellent experience and I will gladly come back anytime.

Gabby was amazing. It was right before Christmas, and we had to exchange a ring for my daughter (wrong size). She helped us select ANOTHER ring for her, and we ended up buying an extra one for her best friend. Gabby was patient and didn't rush us along, despite a store full of people. We also appreciated the "traffic control" person at the door that took our name and gave us a bottle of water for while we were waiting.

We were holiday shopping with our two kids (under 4). The store was busy but, the staff was amazing & very accommodating. They were organized allowing us to be immediately placed with a salesperson. Once we selected our charms, we were then placed in a different line to checkout. Short wait. Very very nice shopping experience at this store.

Sales people where very polite & helpful. The store was very busy & they kindly ask you to register,which is a good idea so you can be helped more properly. Very satisfying experience over all.

Tracy was our sales rep and was very helpful, kind and friendly. The store was packed and I felt bad asking so many questions and seeing different trays of charms, but she made me feel so comfortable taking my time. I really appreciated that.

I had a bracelet that was purchased earlier this year that broke. I wore this bracelet everyday and received alot of compliments on it. I took it back to the store to see if it could be repaired. The store manager reviewed the piece and proceeded to give me a brand new bracelet. I was very happy with the outcome of my visit and will definitely come back to purchases additional items.

It was my first Pandora experience and it won’t be my last.

The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We were looking for certain pieces and she assisted us quickly. We were give a bottle of water and, although it does not sound like mich,. - it was appreciated.
