Pandora Jewelry

I went in to shop for some jewelry and Cathy was there to help me. Cathy always brightens my day whenever I go, she always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best customer experience possible. She is the reason I go to this pandora rather than one closer to me

The sales person',Annette Jones was amazing! If I had a unlimited amount of money to spend at This Pandora store I would make sure that Annette Jones was there to assist me !

Annette was extremely professional and friendly. Someone else was helping her ringing me up and charged me for the wrong charms. In fact, I am going back today to ask them to correct the error.

I called prior to coming in to check to see if the item I wanted was in stock. I walked in and the associate helped me.

Even though it was the day after Christmas I still was able to get in and out of the store in a timely manner with exactly what I wanted from the Pandora store.

Sales associate made effort to find items she thought I would be interested in purchasing. Although it was busy she did not try to rush me or make me feel like I was taking too much time.

Everyone of the sales associate in this store are always very helpful and nice.

I called in advance. They set the item aside for me with minimal requirements. Even though the store was busy, I was quickly ushered to the checkout counter to complete my purchase.
