My experience was great. I’ve shopped here twice in the last 2 weeks and both ladies were a lot of help. The store is so clean and you’re greeted right away. Not to mention the bottle of complimentary water! I’ll be back very soon.

People at the Naperville store are super friendly and kind. They take time in helping us.

The Sales Associate, Blerta, was extremely helpful and taught me a lot about my new Pandora bracelet. She was patient and answered all my questions. The store was moderately busy and Blerta never made me feel rushed, which made me feel valued as a customer.

The store was very clean and well organized. The customer service was excellent. I was helped fairly quickly and was able to exchange my ring for a different size in a few minutes.

I went to the store looking for a bracelet for a charm that I had received as a gift. Tammika helped me pick out a leather bracelet and two very pretty clips to surround the charm I had received. She was knowledgeable on the charms and helped me create a very lovely bracelet.

I was gifted a Pandora bracelet for Christmas which was too tight for my wrist. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by a sales person, provided water and bought 3 items to add to a bracelet. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Priceless! Thank you TracyMcintosh!

The sales person, (Barbara M.), was very nice and helpful. I was buying a gift for my granddaughter for making the Dean's List, (4.0)(Pre-Med). My granddaughter Loves Pandora. Thanks again Barbara for your help. Ms. Thompson :-)

The Manager ‘Dawn’ at the Naperville Il store was very very helpful and friendly. Our server was Tammika. LOVED HER! We had to leave and return. She knew what we liked and when we got back to the store she found us the PERFECT NECKLACE which we bought. I’ll always go to this store. Deb & Eric Bolden
