Everyone greeted us as soon as we walked in. There was no wait time, so I was helped right away. Both ladies that helped me were very nice and patient with me while I looked. Outstanding customer service, definitely will come back.

I was greeted by an employee right away. They handed me a water bottle and made my experience pleasurable. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were greeted immediately when we walked into the store and were asked what we were looking for. The lady who helped us pick out our earrings was extremely friendly and very knowledgable on the products. Also to my surprise I was able to get a pair of earrings cleaned that I had previous purchased from pandora, they were cleaned in a timely matter and then were reboxed for me. Extremely happy with the experience.

Her professional, friendly and enthusiastic attitude with me on the phone brought me immediately into the store to work with her on my gift for my extraordinary boss. This was my first experience purchasing a Pandora gift. Tracy helped me tell a story with the charms with exceptional style!

I purchased a view items one of them being a clip a few weeks ago. I didn't have my receipt but Niki was able to pull up the informantion and exchange my item with no problem . This is not my first visit to the store but it's always a good experience.
