The sales associates get really personable with you. They make you feel very comfortable. I left there feeling like I was happy to spend my money! Excellent customer service!!!

Hi, I never do surveys but Julia was worth the time it takes to do this! What an excellent sales associate. You could not have a sweeter person in her position!!! The store was very clean and welcoming! The rest of the staff was great!

I wish that they could presale the gift with purchase to me since I’m only one day early and that day was my birthday. I have always been a loyal customers to this particular location before they even moved from the fox valley mall. I even asked the manager to see if she can do an exception but she said that it was the corporation policy no one can make an exception. There isn’t one customer there at that time and the manager and staff turned me away because of the policy. Instead of getting my business they’re turning me away. I have to make an extra trip to the store the next day. There is very little employee empowerment and less effort to build long term relationship with guests. I used to get calls from this same location when there is a sale going on. They even presale me when they were at their old location. Ever since they moved to this location, I haven’t seen some of the most friendly and caring staff that I’ve had the pleasure to have served with. The only sales associate that I’ve seen went above and beyond is Cathy. This is the second time she had served me. The rest of the team including the manager seemed robotic.

I like the product and as well as the attitude of the customer service that help me in buying what i need/like.

It is always fun to browse! Service is always friendly! We always find something we cannot live without!

The sales associate who assisted me was very knowledgeable, gave suggestions, offered additional information. All associates were very friendly, happy, nice. I felt that the store and brand has a lot of value, of course in the products, but beyond that as well.
