I had been to a different Pandora store to purchase a bracelet but they didn't have my size. They didn't know when anymore were coming in stock but took my name and number to call when it arrived. I waited 6 weeks and called to check. Still not there. After 2 months I went to store in Naperville,Il and was able to purchase the item immediately. Very unsatisfied with store in Geneva,Il and highly satisfied with store in Naperville,Il.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I got my bracelets cleaned with no problems. Carolina was very friendly and showed me all the charms of how they would look on my bracelet. She also gave me tips and how to take care of my bracelet.
