Tracy M (#139615) was the associate who helped me with my situation. She was professional, highly competent, compassionate and communicated on a personal basis with me which made me more comfortable and willing to purchase a safety chain to prevent further issues with my bracelet. She arranged my beads beautifully and made my visit successful. For me it was all about the associate, the communication and the professionalism. Excellent on all levels.

This is my favorite Pandora location, however, I always feel rushed in making my final selection on my purchase. I haven’t told an associate yet, however have felt the pressure to shop fast while being there. This was the only time I did not feel rushed, mainly because I knew exactly what I was purchasing, but still appreciate that.

The store was busy, so we were added to a list to be taken care of in order. We didn't have to wait as long as we expected and found what we wanted as we were waiting. Our associate was very helpful and friendly. We were able to purchase what we wanted. We'll be back!

Staff friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Busy store as day before mother’s day but understandable about a bit of a wait.
