I had purchased a gift card for my niece which was not activated and in returning to the store several people, especially Heather, stuck with it to get it figured out. The store manager called corporate. They eventually had to call “clutch” who were able to detect the problem and activate the card. All were so apologetic and understanding. Wonderful to work with. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Heather!

I was able to get the charm I wanted. Was told about another charm that I might like. The sales associate provided good service.

I called the store for assistance & had the pleasure speaking with Thyra. I had recently gone through a family tragedy and she couldn't have been more empathetic. She went above & beyond (including her Manager Heather) in finding the perfect charms for my Niece. Thyra was so patient, polite & professional. Going through such a tragedy & dealing with Thyra actually brightened me up. She is truly a delightful individual & Pandora is lucky to have her as an employee. I wish I could have met her when I went to the store to pick up my purchase!
