Was greeted promptly upon arrival. I was offered water or tea. Karen was able to find me just what I was looking for within minutes of my arrival.

I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience. The sales person was very helpful. While my bracelets were being cleaned, she assisted me with finding another charm. The only problem that I had was that I couldn't decide which charm I wanted....lol
