The store was super clean with a friendly associate member. I loved her charm recommendations and her knowledge of what charms would complement each other the best! I did not have to wait in line either—great, quick service!

The salesperson, Tracy was very accommodating and very helpful. This Pandora location has the best service of all the locations I've been too! The salespeople at the Naperville location treat their customers like VIP's over regular customers! Best service and quality around! Will definitely make this my go to Pandora location even though it is the farthest location from where I live!! Worth the drive!!!

The store was clean. The sales associate was extremely friendly and helpful. Lastly, the store had exactly what I came in for so I was in and out very quickly which I appreciate.

The clerks had a question with the pricing of an items and happily took my name and cell number to call me back with the actual price.
