Great customer service

Considering it was Black Friday and Pandora had a terrific sale for the first two hours, I thought the staff had a good plan for waiting on customers in the order they entered. Although I was number 22, I had a 90 minute wait. That was not the fault of the staff. Some customers took up to 30 minutes of a salesperson's time. My salesperson, Catherine S., No. 1121155555111306, was cheerful, professional, and knew exactly where to locate the items I wanted. (Having a catalog in advance was a big help.) I enjoy the Naperville, IL, store and will continue to shop there.

Samira was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. The store was clean and organized. Very happy.

Cathy my g to sales associate is amazing. She always calls to invite/remind me when there are promotions. Very people friendly and sweet. Truly enjoy my visits to th store because all sales associates are welcoming.

My Naperville sales associate, Cathy, was extremely helpful during my visit. Her knowledge and patience helped me greatly in picking out the charms I wanted to purchase. Additionally, she helped me by rearranging my charms so they looked a lot better. She suggested that I leave the bracelet and have it cleaned as it was very tarnished. She took pictures of the new charms and my old charms so there was a record of them and how they were placed. When I picked it up, I was astounded and how beautiful it looked!! She was a miracle worker.

As always Cathy Stamm is a GREAT sales associate. Always informative while in stores and reminding me of the sales, VERY FRIENDLY :)

My salesperson Cathy was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with getting the correct sizing on my Pandora bracelet. She told me about sizing and stretching and what to expect with the use of my bracelet. Her friendliness, willingness to offer suggestions and customer service will keep me coming back to the store for purchases. I enjoyed working with her !

I had previously visited this location and was completely turned off by associate that waited on me. I decided to try again and was very very happy with BRENDA. She was fabulous.
