The Naperville, IL location is a standalone store located in the heart of downtown Naperville. I was very happy with the level of service - in fact, I was able to leave a voicemail regarding a particular piece I was looking for and received a prompt call back from an associate - she had the item ready for me upon arrival and it was smooth sailing from there. I will continue going to this location as I feel I get better service than the WoodField mall location where I was forced to wait in a long line to even find out if the item was in stock! Even in non-peak shopping times outside of the Christmas rush, I was not impressed with the WoodField store and their level of attentiveness to customer's needs. Thank you Naperville for creating a better experience for me!
