The sale staff is professional and courteous. Sale staff is very knowledgeable on what is the most appropriate selection for certain occasion. Sale staff do not rush you to pick an item.

The store was very clean, the staff was really kind and welcoming. The only bad thing was I had to drive 45 mins to get the charm I needed, because the store nearby was out of stock

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. The lady was very kind and even offered me water. Even though the associates were busy I was put on a list and got to browse while waiting. I knew what I wanted but the lady who helped me let me now about their current offers for Valentine’s Day. She was very professional and never a pushy sales person.
