This was my first Pandora purchase! The salesperson Carolina R. made the difference for me. She was so helpful, knowledgeable, happy, and cheerful. Switched charms around for me multiple times while I was trying to make up my mind.

My sales associate Mary was absolutely amazing! She knew the exact chicago charm I was looking for and even had the skull charm that I also wanted! Helped me sign up for a credit card and it was so easy! Can’t wait to shop again!

I went in just to browse wasn’t looking for anything , but Mary helped me and greeted me right away when I walked in . I never really experience that when I go into a pandora store . She was so educational with all the pandora products , she was so kind and patient with me. when I kept looking at all the rings and she was very professional but yet made it her own . Her personality and salesman ship is phenomenal . I ended up buying something and opening up a credit card . So let’s just say my browsing turn into shopping . Now I have a favorite place to go now in Naperville , and a new ring !!! Lol
