Carolina R. was very friendly. She was very knowledgeable of the charms. She took her time and didn't make me feel like I was rushed. With it being an exchange she didn't make me feel like there was a problem taking it back. I do not live in Illinois, but anytime I am near this store I will be stopping in to buy more.

The ladies there were very helpful, kind, and considerate. They didn't push for a sale but seemed genuinely interested in helping find a good gift.

I called to see if merchandise was available, and Traci found the merchandise for me and set it aside. When I came in they located the merchandise found a different size for one of the rings and took very good care of me.

Aurora was my salesperson, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, I enjoyed working with her.
