The store looked crowded. I was not in the store two minutes when an associate asked to help. She was very helpful and quick to find what I was looking for.

The sales associate showed me additional charms and I ended up finding 2 instead of 1. She listened to what I was looking for. Showed me what I wanted exactly and didn’t stray off topic.
