Designed well but a little pricey

The associate helping us turned out to be the manager and she took care of us in a heartbeat! Super amicable, very patient, and overall such a doll! Super sweet staff that was willing to help, we’ll be back in no time! Took care us of no problem and in a timely manner :)

I went in just to get my bracelet cleaned and walked out with a new set of charms and a safety chain. The associate was super knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to suggest the safety chain and offered to show me the new and sale items which led to my additional purchases. 10/10 would recommend.
