My boyfriend and I went in to browse. The first thing we both mentioned was how clean the store was, the glass counters were so clean that we both thought the glass was missing! The employees greeted us but allowed us to walk around and look when we said we wanted to; nobody tried forcing sales on us but let us enjoy our time together. We saw a bracelet that immediately made me feel pretty and the sales associate noticed my reaction and quietly grabbed it for us and asked me to try it on, again without forcing or trying to sell but stating how happy we both looked when we saw it. I went to look at it in the mirror and she discretely talked to my boyfriend about price and together they made the purchase so that when I returned, it was mine! I don’t normally take notice in my experiences at stores, but I will say that this one stood out and made me feel noticed and pampered! We will definitely be back

The women who helped us Mary was very helpful. I was buying my first bracelet for my girlfriend and she helped me decide what would work best. I can say with confidence that I will be back again.

Mary, the store manager helped my son and I. She was truly amazing in her knowledge and professionalism. She helped us design the perfect bracelet for his girlfriend. I LOVE this store and I will definitely be back for future purchases. I would LOVE to work at this store to support my Pandora habit. Mary was so kind and patient with us, and I totally appreciate the time she took with us to design the bracelet. We talked throughout the time we were in the store. She was just so friendly and fun. I can't thank her enough for the time she spent with us. We also picked out a bracelet for grandma and she was again very patient and kind. Thank you Mary......we will be back .......soon!!

The employees are very nice and helpful they go out of their to make sure you receive everything that you need.! Have shopped at other Pandora‘s previously but will never go back to any other store but Naperville!! They are the best in the Chicagoland area!!! The staff is the most welcoming friendliness and everything you want when you were out shopping!!
