The Sales Associate forgot to include one of my purchase items into the gift box- did not notice until a few days thereafter- called the store and they have since found the item and will be collecting item later today.

Unfriendly, nose in the air, you are a nuance attitude from the staff. Will not go back there. If the Fox Valley Pandora staff had not been so much nicer I would have never been a customer of Pandora.
