I went into this pandora store 4 days ago to purchase a ring. I returned today to exchange this ring because it didn’t fit properly. The service that I received was extremely dissatisfying and disappointing. The saleswomen was extremely rude.

I went in to exchange a charm I bought online that didn’t fit my bracelet. I used my birthday discount online but was not allowed to use it with the exchange. I was told I can only use it one time but technically I didn’t because I returned that item.. The sales clerk was nasty and rude and acted as if I was wing for asking for my birthday discount. I had to pay full price for the item. I don’t know if I’ll be purchasing anything else online or in store again

I ordered a Mother’s Day gift from this store to be curbside pick up and was never called to go pick it up. I called the Naperville ,IL store and the sale associate told me that she saw my order on the computer , but it had gotten lost. So I got my Mother’s Day gift late.

I was a very loyal and good customer to Pandora. I brought my bracelet in to be fixed because the clasp broke. The person who helped me was not very nice or helpful. She sent it in and I waited about 6-7 weeks to get a call that my bracelet was fixed. I went into the store and tried the clasp which fell right apart. That entire time and nothing had been fixed. I had he same women help me and again she was not very helpful. She sent it in AGAIN which took another 5-6 weeks. I finally got it back and they did not do anything to make me feel valuable like the loyal customer I was. I still had to pay for a piece that took over three months to get fixed. very unhappy with this location and I will not be back. I expected more from Pandora who I have given a lot of business.

The salesperson sold me a filthy ring knowing it was a gift for my daughter and AFTER I questioned how the ring looked. She rubbed it with the cleaning cloth for a few seconds, said it would clean off and put it in the bag. Did not offer to completely clean the ring, did not even give me the cloth she used. I have now spent over 30 minutes trying to get this ring clean, my fairly new cloth is almost completely black as are my fingers from this ring and it still does not shine like the ones that were too big for my daughter. And now apparently my only choice is to try to find the time to return it to another store (they are all 30 min away) if I can find the ring in her size. I have called and had a complaint filed but it will be too late. My daughter's birthday is in 3 days. Beyond disappointed in Pandora.

Sales reps had really bad attitude while assisting the customers to make their selections. Not friendly staffs at all.

Rude, rude, rude. The sales associate was so unfriendly and not customer service oriented. She also quoted the wrong price for the charm we bought. This is the second time that I’ve had a rude sales associate at the Naperville, IL store in the past 2.5 half months. When I had questions both times for sales associates in both Feb and May, it was like I was bothering them and they didn’t want to deal with it. Rude, rude, RUDE!!!

I was greeted by a enthusiastic employee as I usually am whenever I visit a Pandora store but the employee that helped me was not nice at all. I usually have a great experience and with amazing customer service but this visit did not go as well. The employee Eleni (written on my receipt because she did not introduce herself to me) acted as if I couldn't afford anything in the store because I only wanted to purchase two items and questioned the items I was purchasing. She did not know what she was doing and kept walking away from me leaving me confused. It seemed as if she did not care and wanted me to just leave the store. I was not satisfied with the employee that assisted me. Every other employee in the store was extremely nice and caring, I wish I was helped by one of them.
