sales associate was rude and condescending

I was in the store a few weeks back when you had the buy more save more going on, shopping for my daughter for her birthday. I was not sure what she wanted so I picked out a necklace and a ring knowing we could go in and return/exchange after her birthday, as I did the same thing a year ago at the store at Fox Valley Mall mall. When we went in today she picked out a stackable ring set and we were told we would loose the promotion on whatever new we purchased. The sales associate went and asked the manager and she said she could not give us the discount. Last year your Fox Valley store honored the discount for us as the same thing happened. Needless to say we just returned what I bought and did not repurchase anything else.

I've been a big fan of Pandora, but this was amongst the worst experiences that I had. When I walked in there were ~5 sales associates all chatting together in the back ignoring myself and another guest. When I finally got their attention, the sales associate was unpleasant and not helpful. Even though I explained what all I was looking for, she was not helpful and gave me rude attitude and looks. I was prepared to spend a pretty penny since I was doing Christmas shopping but I ended up skipping through the majority of the presents that I had planned on buying and just bought the few items that I couldn't get elsewhere. Whenever I would ask something, the sales associate was dismissive and rude. I asked about a few gift sets and every gift set was unavailable. She wouldn't offer me alternatives and didn't bother explaining the promotion available until she saw me grabbing multiple items. The staff at this location were some of the most unpleasant for how empty the store was and I'm left wondering if it was because I'm a POC and the staff weren't. This was more apparent when another POC walked in. This experience was unpleasant and made me reconsider my support of the company.

I went into the Pandora store in Bolingbrook Illinois I asked the lady to turn my terms around in order she took them all off and didn't close it back when I left and I lost a favorite charm I call right away to the store they were very dissatisfied a manager supposed to call me back and didn't the system manager was very rude as well as the sales associate I lost a charm that I had for many many years I didn't notice that it was open till I got home she didn't clap it back on I couldn't change it myself because of arthritis in my hands I will never ever go back to the Pandora in Bolingbrook Illinois they are very rude

I was going in to purchase a gift, the price that it had on the earrings were 50 Apparently they were mistakenly priced and they were actually 55 but the way she handle it with the laughing pull the tag off of the merchandise and asked me did I still want them or not or if I wanted to look at some thing else that is completely unprofessional If it were up to me I wouldn’t about in anything at all at that store but because it was a gift for the next day I just ended up purchasing it. I had also signed up and received a 10% for being a new member and they didn’t even want to except it they said I would have to do an online order and pick up at the store I said well I could do that clearly they did not want to wait for me to make a purchase online and there wasn’t anyone in the store I was just overall dissatisfied with the store associate she asked that maybe she could ask the manager but he has well had said I’m sorry we don’t do that you would have to do it online only I will never go to that store again it just completely ruined my experience.

All week I kept driving by the Bolingbrook Promenade Pandora trying to find an appropriate time to buy Mother's Day presents and it there was a long line. I finally take a chance on Friday and find only 4 workers (1 of those was just a greeter/curbside pickup). After a 42 minute wait... they have 1 of 3 items I wanted. Not good enough Bolingbrook Pandora!

1) Due to covid, out of the store's control and understandable our girls went in first. The associate, Tracey was rude to them. 2) When we went in (the mom's) she was only slightly more helpful until we pointed out that we were not interested in the sale items only. 3) She mischarged us which has resulted in an overcharge. I called the store, she is gone and Jake was not helpful and very terse. I requested that since it was their mistake and I'll have to drive a great distance to get there on a day I had planned other things if I could make an appointment and not wait. He said they don't do that good bye and hung up. I am frustrated. I will not buy Pandora again and especially from this store.
