I felt because I hd a return they were frustrated and didn't want to help me. I however exchanged and bought something else. I also bought a ring for my daughter. Overall I thought most o the employees were rude.

Anyone should be able to answer a question about your product who is in the store. You had the promo going on with the free bangle and I ask one employee while the other was off the floor if the bangles came in different sizes and she couldn't answer. It's not like she was selling me the bangle so why couldn't she answer this simple question? Then my salesperson came back and I didn't like the answer I was given so I said get the manager and I can talk for myself because apparently she didn't explain it correctly. I don't need a middle man when it generally doesn't get communicated correctly which in this case it didn't.

On Friday December 10th, 2017 I went into the pandora store in the Naperville IL location to purchase christmas gifts for my family. There were plenty of associates available yet I had to wait almost an hour to be attended. In fact other customers were attended first that came into the store after me. Finally after being helped the associate named Dawn H. was not friendly, did not apologize for the inconvenience of having to wait longer than expected. I was very unhappy with my experience; extremely disappointing customer service. Though I did purchase my gifts, I will no longer be shopping at the Naperville location.

When I arrived, I was told...in a not particularly friendly way....to sign in a log book and wait for service. As I moved ten feet away from the counter to sit and wait, with my eight year old son, I thought I saw a person who came in after me waited on...and then definitely saw another person, who, as they came in the door, was greeted and waited on before me. I'm a half hour into it, waiting on two workers, so I stood and hovered over the counter for a few, and then another worker came out from a storeroom and waited on me. She had been there all along, and nobody bothered to call her up. It took me two minutes to complete my transaction and drop seventy dollars.

I find the whole check out process extremely time-consuming and tedious. There were not that many people in the store but I had to wait over 25 minutes to be helped. Such a log drawn out process that could so easily be expedited in a number of different ways. This is not such a high end exclusive retailer and it is a joke to spend so much time buying a simple little trinket.

The sales person helping us was overly pushing to increase the sale amount. We had a photo of the specific items we wanted as we were shopping for someone else, we explained that to the sales person but regardless she continued trying to sale other products to us! To the point some in my party were very uncomfortable. To top things off, another sales associate kept coming back to the one helping us and addressed her in a very rude way. That other associate was clearly unhappy and made us feel we were the problem. At some point I even had to address the other sales associate asking her if she had a problem. She riled her eyes and left. I was shipping for someone else and at first was highly intrigued by your products. After such experience I will never be your customer.

I had to exchange a gift my husband bought me and the associate seemed very annoyed with that and was very impatient because I did not know exactly what I wanted to exchange the jewelry for. I didn't like what my husband bought and I wanted to take my time picking something out since it was a decent amount of money. She just seemed very annoyed because I couldn't decide within a matter of a few minutes. It was NOT busy in the store and there were plenty of other associates to help out. My teen daughter was with me and she felt the same way.

This is about the third time I’ve had an associate that was not familiar with ringing the items up and I was there longer trying to checkout, last example the associate wiped out the sales on the iPad and I suggested she use the register and she was a little irritated and when she canceled the sale she also could not reuse my $10 survey discount cause it was showing it had already been used
