My Wife and I felt rushed. I understand the promotion item was while supplies last would have been nice to be told that before we purchased so we could have made the choice to go some where else. Associated seemed disconnected or just not interested in helping us.

I know it’s the holiday but I waited over an hour to be seen. Rep Tracy seemed to be going thru the motions. I was not greeted warmly or thanked for my patience. It was just basically what do you want.

Although customer service was appropriate. Selection was somewhat limited. Difficult to determine options because most of the rings I was looking for were in locked cabinets. And the size I was looking for was even more limited. Sorta felt I settled on purchase.

Felt like sales associate rushed me and not very helpful

I was returning items purchased the previous day and purchasing some new items in place of them. The sales associated seemed to have a difficult time figuring out how to make the exchange so she went to talk to the store manager. When she returned I suggested that she just process the return in full and then ring up the new items. She said she could do that, which is what I would have thought she would have done in the first place. The store manager then came to help with the transactions. It took about 20 - 25 minutes to finally complete the transactions. I just can't believe it should take that long to return a bracelet, 2 charms and 2 clips and then purchase a bangle, and 2 charms when I already knew exactly what I wanted when I came into the store.

The last two times I’ve visited the store the staff is not as friendly. There is no engaging, no smiles or recommendations. It’s uncomfortable to even look because the sales associate is just standing over you awkwardly not suggesting or saying much. Tone of voice isn’t friendly it’s boring, it made me feel bored. I feel that there is no patience and sales associate just want to go back to just standing around.

The lady helping me was very short with me and was rushing me to choose a ring and I felt pressured to choose something I was not completely satisfied with.
