I’ve been to this location in Naperville three times due to my palm tree charm breaking three times. The palm tree is very close to me because my son gave it to me before he deployed to Afghanistan and it breaks my heart that something so special to me can not stand the normal wear and tear that it is promised to endure. While I have had a more than pleasant experience at the store and the associates were very helpful and even remembered me from my previous visits to get my charm fixed, I am quite upset that an such expensive charm would break so often and inconvenience me so much with no apology offered. This last time I was in the store I was shown a different military charm that just became available and I chose to go with that instead of my significant palm tree. Even the associates advised me against continuing to have it repaired. I still had to pay the difference between the two charms, which I didn’t mind, but after being inconvenienced so many times I was expecting Pandora to do something more.

I was greeted when I walked in, a sweet girl came up to me and said someone would be right with me, waited over 10min for assistance and there was only one other customer in the store, I didn't understand why I had to wait that long if there were no lines or lots of other people waiting, maybe it was bad timing. And the sales lady wasn't to thrilled to help

The girls seemed a bit annoyed that I was there in the store. They did help me, but were not too friendly.

The wait was extremely long. There were not enough places to sit while waiting. Love your products but they are expensive

I felt as if I had the other associate pressure me to get something when all I wanted was to look around.

the person behind the counter was not very friendly she didn't know the merchandise instead she was blaming who ever put the merchandise out for not having a piece priced. I had to look the price of the item up on my own over the internet.

Everything was good, the person who sold my stuff was very nice with me but the person who asked me to sign the list was so unfriendly and rude.

The salesperson is not very friendly, not enthusiastic and seems like she doesn’t want ti be there. I bought a bunchcnof stuff the week before in Orlando and the difference betwen the help in Orlando and Naperville is night and day. The only reason i would go back to this store is because of the convenience but hoping nit to get the same person
