I wanted to exchange on a ring for a different size, i has just gotten a few weeks ago. Since I didn’t have the receipt they couldn’t do it. I had my pandora credit card I had purchased it with but they couldn’t look it up.

When we were at the store, Nicole P. was very nice and attended us right away to clean our bracelets while we looked for charms. When we were ready to chose our charms, I asked Camille, another worker, for help. She was extremely rude and disrespectful as she told me I needed to sign in to be helped and when I explained that we had been helped she told me that I needed to sign in still, in a VERY rude tone. When I informed her that nobody had told us that we had to sign in she said “somebody should have” which I replied with “well nobody did”. Overall, you could tell she was on a high horse and was VERY rude to us and a few other customers in the store. Nicole P. was extremely nice and helpful though!

Need more sales associates especially during holiday season

I was at The Bolingbrook store Dec 7th. Didn’t have item in store. I asked if item was at another store within a reasonable distance. Salesperson/manager mentioned downtown Chicago and even Rockford!!! Seriously!! I asked if item could be shipped, she said highly doubtful! I left store. Called Naperville, they had item.

I was not satisfied with Sales associate allowing other customers that was not on the sign up sheet to be serviced before I. Where I had a longer wait time because the sales associate did not go by the list .

I walked in and was greeted by at least 5 of the staff, simultaneously. Overwhelming The salesperson helping me did not seem to have good knowledge of the products. I had researched before I came into the shop, asked for specific items. She told me Pandora didn’t have such products. She finally found them. The assistant who wrapped my products asked me questions that were too personal.
