The sales associate kept quoting prices and she would give me the wrong totals. Always pricing the items up. We also told her exactly what we came in for and our budget and continued offering us more and more. Making our visit longer than expected due to having to keep saying no. She was very sweet, but just too pushy and not extremely knowledgable.

The ladies working just didn't seem to be Happy to be at work. They were very sweet and polite.

There was a low volume of sales associtates just to show mechandise.. i had to wait 30 mintures just to see a charm that i was potentially going to purchase

Cathy was very knowledgable about the products and was extremely helpful when it came to sizing of the rings and helping my friend and I decide which ring was best. Also helped us utilize the 20% discount promotion.

Lack of selection of charms. Sales lady seemed irritated that we wanted to see all the charms.

Even though the sales reps were very attentive, there were 3-4 people addressing me what seemed like, at the same time. I felt bombarded. It was like geez give me time to breath before addressing the next topic!! I didn't like that AT ALL!!

Associate Was rude. Making faces. When I asked a question she seemed not to wanna answer and with an attitude. When I walked in she gave me a look and just followed me around. After when I wanted to see something she was talking to another associate and I had to wait for them to get done talking so I could get help (talking about personal stuff whispering and looking around at other customers)

I placed a ring on hold the night before. Went to pick it up and nobody knew anything. Luckily they still had one left in stock. The sales associate acted as if I was the problem and quickly rushed me out the door. I usually go to a different location where I’ve never had an issue with the staff. This location could use some more customers service training.

i requested a curb side p/u.. told to call prior to arrival, which I did also when I was parked outside the store, I called 10 times to have my pkg delivered to my car.. Not receiving any response, I had to go inside the store, which I did not wish to do, and requested a sales person to bring the pkg out to the car.. I had waited about 20 mins at curbside before I had to go into the store,, thru the window I could see them taking care of customers that walked into the store while I was sitting in my car at curbside waiting for assistance.

My daughter went to pick up her pandora from repairs. It wasn’t properly repaired. Her bracelet was damaged when she asked for receipt to leave the bracelet to finish the repair, the young lady was going to send my daughter off without a receipt and argued about why she didn’t need to give a receipt. We asked for the manager. Mary was awesome. However that should have not happened. Sending a customer off without a receipt for whatever situation is not correct.
