I explained to the woman what charm I wanted, she didn't know what one I was talking about and had to try and find it in the book she pulled out. The charm ended up being in the cabinet under the display case, not where customers could see it. I am also very interested in the Disney charms, none of the display trays were in the case, they were all underneath in the cabinets. I get if they aren't popular, but it would be nice if stores displayed some to know if a location sells them or not.

While my sales associate was very nice. Her trainer Cathy was extremely rude and demeaning to her. She chastised her for not knowing how to ring up a gift card right in front of me. Said multiple rude things and even rolled her eyes. It was clear my associate was new but was very much trying. The other sales associate was awful and clearly didn’t like her. I am embarrassed for how the associate was treated.

The sales associate did not seem very engaged or excited - we were just one more person she had to deal with. I would have bought more most likely, if she had showed more interest in myself and my daughter. It was our first time purchasing, and my daughter and I both left feeling the experience could have been so much more.

Was very busy at the stoRe and though the sales associate was helpful, she did not make an effort to get to know us. The service was good but seemed a little robotic... like they were schooled to make a sale.

They had trouble and little knowledge of Apple Pay. Visit took a long time because they were training. Not a lot of options shown to me.
