My shopping experience was great. Brenda was a wonderful SA to work with. I will definitely shop again.

The associate was quite curt and did not make an effort to understand our needs. She seemed to just answer what we asked with no suggestions. We visited on mother’s day which was a busy day at the store. Went the next day to check out more stuff and get one charm fixed and the different associate was very nice. She took time to show more charms, designs.

Workers are very friendly. They’re patient. give out opinions.

I appreciated being able to exchange a charm received as a gift for something more to my liking. Heather was very helpful in finding what I was looking for and showing me new styles.

I felt like there was "too much" help, like I couldn't just browse without being pressured by the associates. I appreciate their willingness to help, but I wanted to look around more.

There was a mix of with payments. The price of ring was more than expected. Hoping for a sale but there was nothing.
