This was my very 1st visit at this store, when you walk in there is NOTHING that says please sign in here, there was not an associate that said someone would be with you and to sign in!! I stood there waiting with several other people til finally one of the associates looked at this clipboard sitting on the end of the counter in the corner all alone!!! Then myself and about 3 other customers said, Oh we didn't know we had to sign in, then there was an issue of who was there first, when all this could have been avoided had there been a sign or a stand with a sign and the clipboard...the associate that helped me Jamila was so amazing, I left feeling so much better, but I still wanted to point it out in this review so this can get resolved!! It is an easy fix!! Please fix it!!

Everything was fine besides the fact that i could not get the bracelet i wanted on that day, and i have to wait for it to be ordered. But the associate was super nice to make sure i got a bracelet that was defective because the one i was trying on seemed to be. she was nice enough to offer me the option to get it ordered.

Sales clerks were not aware they had stock of new pieces, one of which I was wanting to purchase. It took a while but the item was tracked down. There were four in the store.

It's hard to highly satisfy me. I feel like there were a lot of employees working when there was no one in the store. That location is located in a busy area and closes at 8pm. The employee was trying to upsell me which I didn't appreciate.

I was looking for the pandora bead which can be engraved to mark special occasions. I was delighted to see that it was on sale but when the number was punched in it could not be found.

It wasnt the sales associate that had issue. It was synchrony bank because they sis not give an authorization number fir the return so we had ti wait to call and get it via phone.
