Came in for the free earring promotion. In my excitement to purchase my items, forgot to mention said promotion. Staff also did not mention it. The only reason I went on this day was for the earrings

It takes a sub erb effort to be "highly" satisfied. I was satisfied, and that says enough. Besides, I had to wait for about 20 minutes. Granted, it was Christmas season and the store was busy, however a shorter wait might have lead to being highly satisfied.

The representative i had could’ve been a little friendlier when i normally go in the reps are very friendly like the door greeter she is always so nice and welcoming the person i had had an hurry up and buy attitude

I wish I had more time looking around i felt hurry up for a bit but over all I like my ring maybe because I wanted to try them all but I need to because I need to find the right one and I also pay cash totally forgot my card but thank god there was a chase near by

This was the first time I had purchased a Pandora product. I thought there was a lot of extras that needed to be purchased to give a bracelet to my wife. These things included the clips, spacers and eventually the security clips at the end.
