I never really feel overly welcomed in this store. The associates are “nice enough” but certainly not genuinely nice if that makes sense. Except there is one of the managers there that is very welcoming and friendly.

There was a misunderstanding when purchasing one of the items. I believed the sale associate was offering the item as a sale item when it rang up as a regular priced item.

Several ladies were available to help and they seemed more interested in continuing with what they were doing. I was greeted and asked if I was looking for something specific. I said I was looking for a ring and was pointed to the direction of the rings. It was early in the morning and not busy so I was a bit surprised that they didn't come right over and start helping me. I patiently waited for someone to come over and show me rings. I knew what I wanted and wanted to get in and out. I ended up buying three rings and was out of there within 10-15 minutes.

Briana Naperville, IL store was helping me out i was a boyfriend getting my girlfriend a charm for her regular bracelet but she sold me a “charm” for a reflexions bracelet. My girlfriend end up going to do a return/ exchange the same night of Valentine’s Day.

When shopping during holidays the store has a wait list, this time 15 minutes to talk with a salesperson. There were only three salesperson we could see, so planning for the additional business should include more salespeople.
