waiting in the long line outside of the store only to find out, once inside the store, that the item was not in stock but was told it was in stock by another location. still have not been contacted that the correct size has come in. space should be larger sho that customers can move around freely without feeling claustrophobic when it's crowded inside of the store especially when you have spent thousands of dollars with the company. slightly disappointed.

In my opinion I could NOT give a rating that high, mainly because I was sent and email of items that were 50 percent off and there were basically none or limited availability of sales items. I purchased two non sale items. This was not a good impression of what a 50 percent sale should be. Pandora needs to do better. Next time I might do my shopping online and skip the store all together.

I had a good visit to pandora, I love pandora products when I went in I had to do many things like clean my jewelry and I had an exchange and I just feel like the associate was treating me with less respect and seemed rude. She never smiled and kept it simple. I work for retail as well so I can understand if they had a bad day but come on. Although I love pandora every time I walk in I feel like I am being judged and it makes me very uncomfortable to shop.

The Reflexion charm in the case was scratched. The sales person gave me one from under the display, put it in a box and off I went. When I went to put the charm on my bracelet 3 days later, it is badly scratched on both side like someone else had used it and returned. I see on line the reviews say this charm does scratch easily, but I never even wore it. I want to return it, without any hassle to the store and exchange for a different charm. I have 5 Pandora charm bracelets, and 4 pandora leather bracelts, and have been very satisfied up till now.
