I was satisfied for sure but not highly satisfied just because it is obviously a bit pricey BUT it is very good quality so I understand.

I went to the Naperville, IL store to get my mother a charm. The person assisting me was very rude and sounded not happy to be there. I had to ask for everything I wanted to see, rather than them being enthusiastic to show me their selection. She was very rude to the other employees when they asked her questions. She did not give good customer service at all.

The associate was polite and helpful but she wasn’t actually listening to what I was asking to see. I told her 4 times that I was only looking for the glass morano charms. She directed me to the clearance items that had none of those charms on the tray, and asked to show me necklaces and earrings. She also insisted on showing me the Harry Potter charms even though I said I had already viewed them online and wouldn’t be buying them today. I also told her no to the credit card, and she continued to ask about it 3 more times.
